Ongoing Care & Prescription Management

After your initial hormone consultation, ongoing care is tailored to your needs and preferences. Some patients require minimal follow-up, while others benefit from more frequent support during treatment adjustments.

To keep care clear and predictable, Summit Hormone Renewal offers two ongoing care options.

Option 1: Visit-Based Care (Pay-As-You-Go)

This option is ideal for patients who prefer care only when needed, without a monthly fee.

How it works:

  • Follow-up visits are scheduled as needed

  • Prescription refills and dose changes are handled during visits or through refill requests

  • Follow-up visit fee: $150

  • Refill request fee (when appropriate): $45

Prescription timing:

  • Prescriptions are typically written for up to 90 days once a medication and dose are stable

  • Shorter refill intervals may be used when starting or adjusting therapy

Option 2: Optional Monthly Hormone Care Plan — $79/month

This option is designed for patients who want simplified, continuous support without scheduling frequent visits.

The monthly care plan may include:

  • Prescription refills when appropriate

  • Dose adjustments between visits

  • Secure messaging

  • Lab review and treatment planning

  • Ongoing clinical oversight

There are no per-refill or per-message charges while enrolled in the monthly care plan.

Enrollment is optional and may be started or discontinued at any time.

How Prescription Refills Are Determined

Prescription timing is based on clinical stability and safety, not on convenience alone.

  • Once doses are stable, medications are typically prescribed for 90 days

  • When therapy is being initiated or adjusted, shorter refill intervals may be used to allow for appropriate reassessment

  • If one medication is adjusted and others are stable, prescriptions may be written for different durations

Your provider will determine refill timing based on medical judgment and individual needs.

  • Prescription availability may vary by state and by medication

  • Certain medications, including controlled substances, are subject to state and federal regulations
